Deposits are generally credited to your JJ77 balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. Do not make a second deposit before the first has been confirmed.

JJ77 does not charge fees on deposits from its side. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees — check with your payment provider if you are unsure. Any such fees are outside JJ77's control.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out here. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account. JJ77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, JJ77 may require identity verification. This is a standard process and typically requires a copy of your CNIC and confirmation that the payment method you are withdrawing to is registered in your name. This is a one-time process — once your account is verified, future withdrawals are processed without repeating it.
